Contract development

With sixteen years of corporate experience and more than two decades of practice, Gary DePaul develops training and performance-support interventions.


Project scope

These projects have been as short as a week and as long as six months. Depending on the complexity and needed expertise, Gary either works alone or brings a team on contractors.


Payment structure

Most contracts are paid by the project, usually in phases, rather than an hourly rate. However, Gary accepts hourly work.
